Technical specification Type: capacitive electric detector to detect raindrops and/or moisture. The sensor is a plate of thick film with thin glass protection has a built-in heating element. Rain sensor block diagram Figure 1. The interface is compatible with PWD12. Connects to PWD12 (connector X6) by a cable with a 6-pin connector, as shown in Figure 2. Sensitivity of precipitation determination: 0.05 mm/h or less for 10 minutes (minimum wet area 0.05 cm2).
